  • London dry gin and Spanish brandy shaken with lime cordial, fresh-pressed ginger juice, and aromatic bitters, finished with a touch of carbonation. A storied elixir born for the morning after, perfected for the night before. 🍹

    • 1 oz London Dry Gin

    • 1 oz Spanish Brandy

    • 0.5 oz Rose’s Lime Juice Cordial

    • 0.25 oz Fresh Ginger Juice

    • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

    • 2 oz Soda Water (anchored)

    • Flash shake all ingredients except soda with pebble ice.

    • Dump into a chilled Collins glass.

    • Top with soda water and lightly incorporate.

    • Garnish with a mint sprig and a cherry-orange flag.
