1 oz Spanish Brandy
0.5 oz Rose’s Lime Juice Cordial
0.25 oz Fresh Ginger Juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 oz Soda Water (anchored)

Flash shake all ingredients except soda with pebble ice.
Dump into a chilled Collins glass.
Top with soda water and lightly incorporate.
